M\u1ed9t gen kh\u00e1c, <em>TaHsfA6b<\/em>, c\u00f3 ngu\u1ed3n g\u1ed1c t\u1eeb l\u00faa m\u00ec, \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c t\u00edch h\u1ee3p v\u00e0o l\u00faa m\u1ea1ch th\u00f4ng qua ch\u1ec9nh s\u1eeda gen, t\u0103ng c\u01b0\u1eddng kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng ch\u1ecbu \u0111\u1ef1ng nhi\u1ec7t \u0111\u1ed9 cao m\u00e0 kh\u00f4ng l\u00e0m thay \u0111\u1ed5i c\u00e1c \u0111\u1eb7c t\u00ednh b\u00ecnh th\u01b0\u1eddng c\u1ee7a c\u00e2y.<\/p>\n<p>C\u00e1c nh\u00e0 nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u c\u0169ng \u0111\u00e3 x\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c c\u00e1c v\u00f9ng gen, g\u1ecdi l\u00e0 QTL, li\u00ean quan \u0111\u1ebfn kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng ch\u1ecbu nhi\u1ec7t. Nh\u1eefng ph\u00e1t hi\u1ec7n n\u00e0y cho ph\u00e9p l\u1ef1a ch\u1ecdn c\u00e1c gi\u1ed1ng c\u00e2y tr\u1ed3ng kh\u1ecfe h\u01a1n th\u00f4ng qua c\u00e1c k\u1ef9 thu\u1eadt ch\u1ecdn l\u1ecdc gen, ph\u00e2n t\u00edch ADN \u0111\u1ec3 d\u1ef1 \u0111o\u00e1n hi\u1ec7u su\u1ea5t c\u1ee7a c\u00e2y.<\/p>\n<p>Ch\u1ec9nh s\u1eeda gen b\u1eb1ng CRISPR, m\u1ed9t ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p ch\u1ec9nh s\u1eeda ADN ch\u00ednh x\u00e1c, c\u0169ng mang l\u1ea1i nh\u1eefng tri\u1ec3n v\u1ecdng \u0111\u1ea7y h\u1ee9a h\u1eb9n. Ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p n\u00e0y cho ph\u00e9p nh\u1eafm m\u1ee5c ti\u00eau c\u00e1c gen c\u1ee5 th\u1ec3 \u0111\u1ec3 c\u1ea3i thi\u1ec7n kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng kh\u00e1ng nhi\u1ec7t c\u1ee7a l\u00faa m\u1ea1ch m\u00e0 kh\u00f4ng g\u00e2y ra c\u00e1c \u0111\u1ed9t bi\u1ebfn kh\u00f4ng mong mu\u1ed1n. K\u1ef9 thu\u1eadt n\u00e0y k\u00edch ho\u1ea1t c\u00e1c c\u01a1 ch\u1ebf ph\u00f2ng th\u1ee7, ch\u1eb3ng h\u1ea1n nh\u01b0 s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t enzyme ch\u1ed1ng oxy h\u00f3a v\u00e0 protein b\u1ea3o v\u1ec7, gi\u00fap h\u1ea1n ch\u1ebf t\u1ed5n th\u01b0\u01a1ng t\u1ebf b\u00e0o.<\/p>\n<p>Nh\u1eefng ti\u1ebfn b\u1ed9 n\u00e0y, k\u1ebft h\u1ee3p v\u1edbi qu\u1ea3n l\u00fd c\u00e2y tr\u1ed3ng t\u1ed1i \u01b0u, c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 gi\u00fap duy tr\u00ec, th\u1eadm ch\u00ed c\u1ea3i thi\u1ec7n, s\u1ea3n l\u01b0\u1ee3ng l\u00faa m\u1ea1ch m\u1eb7c d\u00f9 bi\u1ebfn \u0111\u1ed5i kh\u00ed h\u1eadu.
